Microsoft Integrations
Microsoft integrations include Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft BizTalk, Microsoft Exchange/Office/Outlook, Microsoft InfoPath, and Project Server. In addition, you can import Microsoft Visio diagrams to convert them into powerful actual workflows using the IT-Pearls BPMN stencil for Visio.
Help Desk / BSM / Service Desk Integrations
PMG Service Catalog provides a dramatically easy to use and configure front-end to most of the leading help desk applications on the market, extending their value by enhancing their ability to provide easy to use web-based forms and self-service to users and customers. Current integrations are available for BMC Remedy ARS, BMC Service Desk Express, HP Service Center (Peregrine), HP Service Desk, HP Service Manager, CA Service Desk, Numara Footprints and Compuware Changepoint.
The PMG Service Catalog has bi-directional real-time integrations with most leading help desk, BSM, and Service Desk solutions. We generally categorize two integration “touch points:” front-end and back-end.
Front End
Any request forms or service catalog items can present data from an ITSM system. For example, a Firewall Change Request in the Service Catalog can provide a drop-down-select-list that is populated from a CMDB.
Back End
When Service Catalog items are submitted, the data within the request is handed to a workflow. The workflow engine has a built-in connector to specific ITSM tools. It performs actions like "Create ticket" and "check ticket status." This takes the data from a service catalog request and seamlessly passes it into the ITSM tool to create a ticket in the right queue and module, etc. It also checks for ticket status so workflow.

ERP and CRM Integrations
PMG Service Catalog provides both front-end and back-end integration with popular ERP and CRM applications such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics (Navision, Axapta), Siebel and others. For example, if you want to have users select a cost center from a list provided from your ERP system, this can be done easily and simply directly in the Service Catalog form designer. Any database query can be used to present select lists or choices for users so that relevant, accurate, up-to-date choices are presented and require no maintenance.
